**Upfront Manager - Dark Woods Brewing**

Dark Woods Brewing is looking for a passionate, experienced **Upfront Manager** to join our team. This role is all about creating an excellent customer experience while leading and motivating our front-of-house staff.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Oversee daily front-of-house operations, ensuring smooth service and a welcoming environment
- Manage, train, and schedule staff, fostering a positive and collaborative team culture
- Maintain high standards for customer service, quality, and cleanliness
- Work closely with ownership and back-of-house to ensure seamless communication and operations
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues quickly and professionally

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Previous experience in hospitality, restaurant, or brewery management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and support a team
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Organized, reliable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for craft beer, coffee and community

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
