**Incumbents must have experience in an industrial setting and be able to respond to customer **questions related to welding needs. They must be able to prioritize and manage their time well.**

**Competencies and Profile**
**- Some prior knowledge of industrial experience in welding**
**- Proficient with Computer - Strong working knowledge with Oracle, SaleForce and Google would be considered an asset.**
**- Experience working in customer service role is essential**
**- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills**
**- Excellent customer service**
**- Prioritize and time management is a must**
