Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Assist Project Managers in planning, scheduling, and coordinating restoration projects, including timelines and milestones.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including work orders, permits, and client communications.
- Track project progress, deadlines, and budgets, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Communicate with customers, insurance adjusters, and subcontractors to facilitate efficient project execution.
- Attend site meetings
- Monitor job costs and report any discrepancies to the Project Manager.
- Provide administrative support, including data entry and report generation.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by promptly addressing inquiries and concerns.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in project coordination, construction, restoration, or a related field
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
