HoundAway is a busy dog daycare and boarding facility located in Brantford, Ontario. We are recruiting honest, mature, hard-working and responsible Canine Care Attendants to help with our weekday afternoon shifts as well as Saturdays. This is an excellent opportunity for mature, hard-working students seeking to make some money after class.

Duties include:

- Caring for and assisting with the supervision of our guests, including but not limited to leading play groups, organizing and carrying out special events and activities, and completing feeding service;
- Preparing meals for boarding guests in accordance with client directions and HoundAway's food-handling protocol;
- Cleaning common surfaces inside our facility, including floors, suites, beds and climbing apparatus, in accordance with our processes and standard;
- Removing waste from our outside play area;
- Disposing of waste in accordance with our procedures.

Preference may be given to individuals who can start right away and who have completed recognized canine care training. Experience working in a mature, constructive, collegial manner in a busy team setting is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 24-30 per week

**Salary**: From $16.15 per hour
