**Position Summary**

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Warehouse Associate & Field Technician Trainee to join our team. This is a unique hybrid role that starts with core responsibilities in our warehouse, including shipping, receiving, and inventory management.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Warehouse Duties (Approximately 50-70% of time, varies by season/project load)**
- Receive, inspect, and accurately document incoming shipments of materials and equipment.
- Prepare and package products for outbound shipping, ensuring accuracy and quality control.
- Load and unload trucks using a forklift and other warehouse equipment.
- Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring the warehouse is clean, safe, and efficient.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies.
- Assist with general facility maintenance and organization.

**Field Technician Training & Responsibilities (Approximately 30-50% of time, increasing with experience)**
- Work alongside senior technicians on commercial and residential job sites, assisting with all aspects of project execution.
- Learn and adhere to strict safety protocols, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Develop skills in troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing plural-component spray equipment and other tools.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with clients on-site.
- Ensure job sites are kept clean and organized.

**Qualifications & Skills**

**Required**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid G-class driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for extended periods, bending, and kneeling.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort working with hand and power tools.
- Excellent work ethic, punctuality, and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
- A strong desire to learn a skilled trade and grow with the company.
- Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions and safety procedures.

**Preferred (Assets)**:

- Previous experience in a warehouse, shipping/receiving, or general labour role.
- Valid forklift operator certification.
- Experience in construction, painting, coatings, or a related trade.
- Familiarity with workplace safety standards (e.g., WHMIS, Working at Heights).
