**Position Overview**:
The Equipment/Yard Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily yard operations. This role includes the participation in repair and maintenance of approximately 30 light and medium trucks, 40 pieces of construction equipment and many smaller tools, pumps and compactors, etc. Oversee insurance and licensing requirements for on and off-road units. Arrange maintenance of the warehouse, office building and yard areas. Supervise and direct yard personnel assigned to the logistics support of company operations and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Research and advise on additional equipment purchasing.

**Experience**
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in yard management and of heavy equipment operations and maintenance.
- Mechanical knowledge of construction equipment and tools.
- Demonstrate leadership and organizational skills.
- Strong understanding of fleet and construction equipment and its maintenance requirements.
- Knowledge of safety and environmental compliance standards.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize workload effectively.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

**Certifications**
- Valid Driver’s License
- Forklift certification
- Experience operating heavy machinery.

**Compensation and Benefits**
- Competitive salary based on experience, ranging between $115,000 to $130,000/year.
- Company vehicle (including fuel)

Pay: $115,000.00-$130,000.00 per year
