**Duties**
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and quality standards.
- Develop and produce various dips, sauces, and ancillary items as required.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
- Complete weekly cleaning tasks and demonstrate proficiency in assigned duties to support the kitchen’s operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to facilitate smooth service and communication.
- Assist in inventory management, including ordering supplies and managing stock levels.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance culinary skills and knowledge.
**Skills**
- Proficient in food preparation techniques and cooking methods.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling practices.
- Ability to work efficiently under mínimal supervision.
- Strong teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with front-end and kitchen staff.
- Attention to detail in food preparation and finished presentation.
- Experience in the food service or food industry is preferred but not required.
