Job Summary:
As an experienced 5 Ton Driver, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting goods and materials to various locations within the agreed-upon routes. Your exceptional driving skills, attention to detail, and commitment to maintaining a high level of customer service will directly contribute to the overall performance of the company. This role requires a strong work ethic, effective communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

**PAY WILL BE BASED ON YOUR PERFORMANCE, EXPERIENCE, AVAILABILITY, & RELIABILITY**

**HARD WORK WILL BE REWARDED**
- Operate a 5-ton vehicle to pick up and deliver goods and materials as per assigned routes and schedules.
- Load and unload cargo safely, ensuring proper securing of items to prevent damage during transit.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to detect any maintenance or safety issues.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including necessary documentation and receipts.
- Work with the logistics team to execute deliveries effectively and efficiently.
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring deliveries are made in a professional and courteous manner.
- Adhere to all applicable traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Assist with other tasks as required in the warehouse or delivery operations.

Qualifications:

- Valid and clean Class 5 driver's license with a minimum of 1 years of experience driving a 5-ton vehicle.
- Demonstrated knowledge of road safety regulations and transportation laws.
- Proven ability to operate and maneuver a 5-ton vehicle in different environments and traffic conditions.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting heavy items, if required.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers and team members effectively.
- Ability to work independently and maintain a high level of professionalism.
- Familiarity with the local area and routes is an asset.
- Punctuality and reliability are essential.
- Knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance and inspection procedures is preferred.

**Salary**: $33,504.23-$55,874.52 per year
