Clean Harbors Fort McMurray, AB is looking for **Class 1 or 3 Driver/Operators** to join their safety conscious team on our Fort Hills site You will be responsible for operating and driving various units such as Hydro Vac, Combo Unit & Water Trucks.
- This is a Union 362 Teamsters position._

- Ensuring that Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and acting in a safe manner at all times.
- Drives, operates and stages units.
- Performs pre and post trip inspections.
- Assist with job site preparation, staging equipment.
- Maintains and updates driver’s logbook.
- Communicates with dispatchers and supervisors throughout the day;
- Performs roadside repairs.
- **Class 1 or 3 Driver’s License required with 18 speed manual transmission experience;**:

- Must hold valid First Aid, H2S Alive and CSO certificates (will be required to provide proof prior to first day and site arrival). Training can be arranged;
- Minimum of one (1) year previous Oilsands or industrial experience;
- Experience with Hydrovac, Combo Units, and water trucks would be an asset;
- Experience with a Hose Reel/Sewer Flusher would be an asset;
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision in a team and safety focused environment;
- Ability to work 12 hour shifts, both day and night shift;
- Experience in a labor-intensive position and working outside in all types of weather conditions.
