**Responsibilities**
Breaking the mold of a traditional contact centre environment, the Branch Operations Advisor is responsible to primarily support Premium Advisor, inbound Advisor, and clients. A successful advisor will invoke trust and build strong client relationships, determine individual investment needs and provide professional, customized advice to ensure client’s financial goals are met. Advisors will support clients with various requests such as onboarding/KYC discussions, various trade orders, investment strategies, suitability conversations, assist with documentation, etc. Work collaborates with a team of support resources and other advisors to deliver best in class experience remotely
**Qualifications**
- A minimum of 1-2 years of relevant professional experience
- Completed Canadian Securities Course (CSC). Conduct and Practices Handbook (CPH) will be considered as an asset
- Knowledge of equity, mutual funds, GICs, HISAs, ETFs and bonds.
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of industry regulations and standards
- Excellent communication, organizational, time management, and listening skills.
- Bilingualism English and French or Cantonese or Mandarin will be considered an asset.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to relate to a wide variety of individuals
- Industry Accreditations or working towards preferred (CIM, CFA, CFP)
**Salary**:
$44,500.00 - $82,500.00
**Pay Type**:
Salaried
The above represents BMO Financial Group’s pay range and type.
Salaries will vary based on factors such as location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications for the role, and may include a commission structure. Salaries for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on number of hours regularly worked. For commission roles, the salary listed above represents BMO Financial Group’s expected target for the first year in this position.
