Residential Sales Manager

**Responsibilities**
- Estimate & provide formal quotations for all residential inquiries and follow up with potential clients
- Project manage all residential related projects (glass showers, glass railings, mirrors, etc)
- Field measure all residential projects to produce good sizes prior to ordering
- Responsible for all purchasing of glass and materials
- Follow up with suppliers to keep projects on track
- Create & maintain spreadsheets related to the residential division (Google sheets)
- Schedule all measures & installations for the residential division
- Go over projects with installers prior to sending manpower & material to sites
- Continuously update calendar outlining delivery dates for material and dates of installation
- Provide all invoicing details to accounting to submit invoices when projects are complete or require progress billing
- Follow up with repeat clients (builders, contractors, etc) to help forecast upcoming work
- Help with installations when required
- Help with commercial division when required

**Requirements**:

- Experience with cutting and fabricating glass will be considered an asset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
