**Tasks & Responsibilities**:

- Providing exceptional customer service to customers and retailers.
- Answering customer inquiries on the telephone, electronically and in-person regarding information about Lambton Mall and our retailers.
- Initiating on-going customer service ideas/suggestions to improve the Marketing/Customer Service program.
- Following proper procedures for opening & closing of the Customer Service Desk all related paper work.
- On-going daily operation of the Customer Service Desk, ensuring that it is always clean and tidy.
- Selling Lambton Mall gift cards
- Act as Marketing support through assistance in event planning/execution
- Assist Marketing Director in creation of social media content calendar/scheduling/boosting
- Assist Marketing Director in day to day marketing activities
- Updating Lambton Mall website
- Auditing gift card records daily and reporting of sales monthly to Marketing.
- Inventory control of all customer service supplies and gift cards.
- Acting as first point of contact - answer, follow up and/or redirect customer comments, complaints and inquiries to the appropriate departments.
- Handling public address pages for the property following customer service guidelines.
- Lending out wheelchairs & following correct sign out procedures.
- Assist Marketing team with scheduling by ensuring changes are entered and attendance records accurately reflect hours worked.
- Other duties as required.

**Skills & Experience Required**:

- Have previous experience in a retail customer service environment.
- Have strong communication and organizational skills.
- Be computer literate.
- Be available to work days, evenings and weekends.
- Must be able to provide Clear Police Record Check.
- Have excellent leadership, interpersonal skills & be self-motivated.
- Have an outgoing personality & able to work in a team environment

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: $15.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- customer service: 1 year (preferred)
