We specialize in high-rise and mid-rise exterior restorations, EIFS systems, and repairs using safe, professional techniques — including swing stage operations. Our team is committed to safety, craftsmanship, and delivering top-tier results on every project.
**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Set up, operate, and dismantle swing stage scaffolding systems in compliance with safety regulations
- Perform exterior stucco, EIFS, caulking, patching, painting, or repair work on multi-storey buildings
- Ensure all equipment is inspected and secured before and after use
- Work with other team members to complete jobs safely, efficiently, and to quality standards
- Follow all company and provincial safety procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 2 years of experience working on swing stage systems
- Strong understanding of exterior finishing systems (EIFS/stucco preferred)
- Fall Protection and Swing Stage certification (must be valid)
- Comfortable working at heights for extended periods
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical labor in various weather conditions
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Willing to temporarily relocate to Manitoba
**Assets**:
- Aerial Lift / Manlift ticket
- WHMIS and First Aid certification
- Experience with high-rise restoration or commercial buildings
