Founded in 2002, we made our mark on the shooter genre with titles such as Painkiller, Bulletstorm, Gears of War: Judgment, and Outriders. We are one of the most experienced Unreal Engine studios in the industry and we are expanding it with in-house solutions called PCF Framework.
Our creative teams are currently working on several exciting titles: Gemini is our new project being developed with Square Enix; Bifrost, Victoria and Dagger are projects we're growing in the self-publishing model. We also have one project in the concept phase - Red; as well as two projects in VR technology - Green Hell VR and Thunder - a new project based on one of the IPs from the Group’s portfolio.

**Job Description**:
- Creating high-quality characters and creatures and props suitable technically and artistically to project universe
- Working closely with Animators and Technical department to ensure the character fulfills the quality expectations
- Maintaining the production and software pipeline and meeting deadlines
**Qualifications**:
- 8+ years of experience in developing character models and textures as an onsite artist
- Created from scratch outstanding characters in AAA titles
- Strong organic modeling skills (human faces, clothing, believable creatures.)
- Strong hard-surface modeling skills (armor, weapons)
- Ability to create high poly and low poly models as well as textures
- Ability to adapt to, and improve, new styles, techniques, and workflows
- Very good knowledge of major 3D software packages (Maya/Max/Modo/Blender, and ZBrush, marvelous Designer, Substance Painter, Photoshop)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- High work ethic and self-motivation
- Passion for games
**Nice to have**
- Art education or traditional sculpture, drawing skills are a plus
- Skinning, rigging, animating are a plus
- Sense of body/camera motion is a plus
- Experience with PBR based shaders
- Experience working with Unreal Engine
