Front of House Manager

**MontHill Golf & Country Club **is seeking a permanent, full-time, **dynamic, energetic, efficient, flexible and charismatic Front of House Manager with open availability and at least 3 years of experience** - ($48,000-$52,000 per annum, depending on experience). We invite you to join our team of passionate, devoted, staff committed to providing our guests with exceptional, memorably enjoyable, personalized golfing, dining, wedding, and banquet experiences at our recently renovated facility.
In this postion, you will be part of a great team focused on delivering amazing experiences in our fully licensed clubhouse, Fore Seasons Restaurant, Big Pete's Steakhouse, and elegant Banquet Halls. You will be expected to manage different spaces, and events, simultaneously while regularly checking on the welfare of our guests. We are seeking someone who welcomes a challenge and would like to grow with one of the premier golf, and formal events hosting, destinations in Southern Ontario.
Specific duties include:
Opening and closing of the building
Cash handling and inventory management
Front of House management
Hiring and training of service staff and service support staff
Working with all departments on a regular basis
Ensuring a high level of professionalism and cleanliness
Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers.
**Requirements**:
- A minimum of 3 years experience
- Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks, Aptitude for multi-tasking.
- Familiar with industry's best practices.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Must be able to work cooperatively and efficiently in a team.
- Open availability is a must
