Phlebotomist

**Phlebotomist - Multi-disciplinary outpatient wellness clinic**

**Duties**
- Perform venipunctures and capillary draws
- Communicate with the Naturopathic Doctors and deliver their prescribed treatments
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Document all procedures and patient interactions accurately and timely
- Communicate effectively with clients to explain procedures and alleviate concerns
- Adhere to safety protocols and infection control measures at all time

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in client care, preferably in a clinic setting
- Knowledge of medical terminology related to laboratory procedures
- Ability to phlebotomize effectively while ensuring client comfort and safety
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and colleagues
- Certification in phlebotomy or completion of an accredited phlebotomy training program
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with the Naturopathic Team

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $19.00-$26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
