Personal Care Attendant

Bayshore is growing and we are seeking Personal Caregivers who are looking for flexible hours. We offer casual home and community care jobs. Personal Support Worker (PSW) or Health Care Aide (HCA) Certificate is welcome but not required.

**Requirements**:

- Must drive, own a valid drivers license and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Personal care experience a must

**The Work You Will Do**
- Provide high-quality and compassionate care to your clients in the community with exceptional customer service.
- Some tasks can include personal care and activities of daily living. Homemaking services such as cleaning, cooking, laundry and general household management.
- Companionship and/or accompanying clients to activities and events in the community.

Job Qualification

**Education, Experience and Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a caregiving role with at least 1 year is preferred.
- Personal Care Attendant certificate or equivalent a benefit.
- Clear criminal background check with vulnerable sector screening
- Exceptional English communication and interpersonal skills. French language proficiency an asset
- Ability to follow detailed care plans and work independently.
- Demonstrated compassion, patience, and reliability.
- Reliable transportation to travel to client locations. Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle an asset.
