Foreman/woman

**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Supervise construction crews to ensure adherence to project specifications and timelines.
- Manage budgets, and report on quality control measures.
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to guide construction activities effectively.
- Implement quality control procedures to maintain high standards of workmanship throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to facilitate communication and resolve any issues that arise during construction.
- Train and mentor team members in best practices for safety, efficiency, and craftsmanship.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Assist in the preparation of construction estimates and budgets.

**Experience**
- Proven experience as a foreman or in a similar supervisory role within the construction industry.
- Proficiency in using construction management software such as ProCore.
- Strong knowledge of budgeting processes related to construction projects.
- Familiarity with quality control standards and practices in the construction field.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately.
- Excellent supervisory skills with a focus on team building and motivation.
- Experience with construction estimating is preferred but not mandatory.

Pay: $45.00-$50.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 45 per week

Additional pay:

**Education**:

- AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (required)
