Biblical Counsellor

**Overview**

**Duties**
- Conduct assessments to determine the needs of clients and develop individualized care plans.
- Provide counselling services to clients and their families, addressing emotional, social, and behavioral issues.
- Manage case files, maintaining accurate data collection for ongoing research and evaluation of client outcomes.
- Facilitate support groups and workshops for clients and families to enhance coping strategies.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in all interactions with clients.

**Experience**
- Background in biblical knowledge is highly desirable.
- Strong research skills to support data collection efforts related to client outcomes.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are required for effective interaction with clients, and families.
