Order Entry Clerk

**Responsabilités**
- Entrez avec précision les commandes des clients dans les systèmes de base de données.
- Tenir des registres organisés de toutes les commandes et de la documentation connexe.
- Effectuer la collecte de données et la gestion des fichiers pour s’assurer que l’information est à jour.
- Collaborer avec d’autres ministères pour résoudre les écarts ou les problèmes de commande.
- Utilisez Excel pour le suivi et la création de rapports sur l’état des commandes.
- Aider aux tâches de bureau au besoin, y compris répondre aux demandes de renseignements liées aux commandes.
- Assurer la conformité aux politiques et procédures de l’entreprise concernant le traitement des commandes.
**Exigences**
- Expérience avérée dans un rôle administratif ou de bureau.
- Maîtrise de Microsoft Excel et familiarité avec les systèmes de bases de données.
- Solides compétences organisationnelles avec la capacité de gérer plusieurs tâches simultanément.
- Excellente attention aux détails et à la précision de la saisie des données.
- Capacité de travailler de manière indépendante et de faire partie d’une équipe.
- Solides compétences en communication, tant à l’écrit qu’à l’oral.
- L’expérience avec la collecte de données et les systèmes de gestion de fichiers est un plus.

**Responsibilities**
- Accurately enter customer orders into the database systems.
- Maintain organized records of all orders and related documentation.
- Perform data collection and file management to ensure information is up-to-date.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve order discrepancies or issues.
- Utilize Excel for tracking and reporting order statuses.
- Assist with clerical tasks as needed, including answering inquiries related to orders.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding order processing.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with database systems.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience with data collection and file management systems is a plus.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 - 24 per week
