This ownership allows us access to high volumes of freight that require specialized flat deck trained professional drivers. DeckX is growing its dynamic team and actively on the lookout for energetic **Class 1 Professional Calgary based Company driver to transport Flat deck, and Super-B flat deck freight to CND/USA.**The qualified driver will join our team, be dispatched out of the Calgary Terminal, and report to our vibrant staff based out of the Winnipeg Terminal, 2595 Inkster Blvd, Winnipeg, MB.

**Single Drivers earn**:

- Company Drivers earning potential**:$77,000.00-$85,900.00**gross annually
- $.54 cents per mile on all Canadian miles, and receive a Super-B Premium when hauling Super-B loads of
- $.04 cents per mile premium paid on **Super-B Canadian**loads, AND
- $.03 cents per mile per when driving USA.
- **PLUS** Years of Service Premiums, **and**:

- Additional PAY + Additional Fuel Subsidy for Tri-Axles, PLUS
- **Sign-On Bonus of $1800.00,** PLUS
- Additional paid assessorial pay for all flat services such as tarping, **AND** **MANY other benefits**

**Attributes**:

- Can expect to see a minimum of 10,500 mile per month,
- Regular and Dedicated business with long-standing customers,
- Access to high volumes of freight that include:

- Railroad materials, locomotive parts, and machinery,
- Farming equipment/machinery,
- Building materials,
- Over dimensional loads,

Areas of Travel Include:

- **Domestic Canada, traveling to any of the following locations**:

- **Saskatchewan,**:

- **Alberta,**:

- **British Columbia.**

**USA lanes include**:

- **Mid-West,**:

- **South-East USA**

**Requirements**:

- A minimum of 1 year of tractor-trailer driving experience is required.
- 6 months of flatbed experience is required
- Super-B experience is preferred
- A clean commercial abstract with an excellent safety record.
- COVR, clearinghouse, and criminal record check are all required.
- Ability to travel throughout Canada.
- Prefer to drive in the Mountains when the occasions arise in all seasons including winter.
- Willingness to travel 7-14 days.
- Demonstrated mountain experience.
- Demonstrated load securement knowledge and ability.
- Ability to push, pull, lift up to 80 lbs.
- Effective communication skills, with ability to communicate daily with Fleet Managers and Dispatchers.
- Ability to manage e-logs, and maintain proper hours of service.
- Customer service orientated with the ability to complete and submit paperwork.

Pay: $77,000.00-$85,900.00 per year
