**How you'll make an impact**:

- Ensure that every customer experience exceeds the customer’s expectations.
- Proactively provide all Chadwick’s customers with expertise and assistance.
- Promote add on sales, product benefits and services such as installation.
- Quote projects, follow up on leads and close sales.
- Use computer software and POS systems as required.
- Keep the store organized and stocked.
- Ensure that items are priced and labeled correctly.
- Order items for customers.

**The skills we’re looking for**:

- Passionate about BBQing, grilling, and a foodie at heart.
- Knowledge of home renovations and fireplace installations.
- Welcoming, professional, and attentive to the needs of our customers.
- Team player and a willingness to adapt to the needs of the business.
- 2+ years of sales and customer service experience.
- Proficient with computers, able to learn new software and processes.
- Strong Communications skills (verbal and written).
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong work ethics, self-motivated and hard working.
- Lifelong learner and interested in self-development.
- This is a physically demanding job and you must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and climb a flight of stairs while carrying stock without issue to be considered for this position.
