**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**

**Team Leadership and Management**
- Lead, mentor, and manage the team of Program Advisors across all campuses.
- Set clear goals and expectations for individual and team performance, focusing on increasing student registrations and retention rates.
- Conduct regular one-on-one coaching sessions to provide feedback, support professional growth, and improve team effectiveness.
- Monitor daily operations and ensure adherence to organizational policies, procedures, and service standards.

**Growth in Registrations**
- Develop and execute strategies to grow student enrollments across campuses.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize lead generation efforts and ensure effective follow-up by Program Advisors.
- Analyze enrollment trends and adjust strategies to target high-potential markets or underperforming programs.
- Track and report on registration metrics, withdrawal rates, registration trends and providing actionable insights to the leadership team.
- Develop and execute strategies to grow the call center team and optimize their abilities to increase the number of leads connected with and tours booked.

**Reducing Withdrawal Rates**
- Identify common causes of student withdrawals and implement strategies to address them.
- Develop and promote proactive support initiatives, such as early intervention programs, to improve student retention. Implement them across the college.
- Train Program Advisors on handling at-risk students and resolving concerns effectively.

**Process Improvement**
- Assess current advising and sales processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement standardized procedures and best practices for student advising and enrollment processes.
- Leverage technology and tools to streamline operations and enhance the student registration experience.
- Collect and analyze team performance data to continuously refine strategies and processes and present to the management team.

**Coaching and Development**
- Conduct regular training sessions to elevate team skills, including effective communication, sales techniques, and conflict resolution.
- Provide ongoing support to team members to help them meet or exceed their performance targets.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team culture that aligns with the college’s values and mission.

**Collaboration**
- Work closely with campus registrars, student services team, management team, and operational staff to align on goals and ensure a positive student journey.
- Work with the leadership team to develop and implement initiatives that support long-term growth and student success.

**Qualifications**

**Education and Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of experience in sales, education management, or a related field, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record of growing sales/enrollments and managing high-performing teams.

**Skills and Abilities**
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to handle escalated situations with professionalism.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficient in CRM systems and sales tracking tools, such as My Campus Login.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campuses and priorities.

Pay: $80,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
