Laboratory Analyst

**Tantalum Mining Corporation **(TANCO) owned by Sinomine (Hong Kong) Rare Metal Resources Co. Ltd. is a mining and manufacturing company located 60 kilometers Northeast of Lac du Bonnet, Manitoba. Employees reside in Lac du Bonnet, Pinawa and the surrounding area. With the operation of our Lithium process, we are looking for an **Laboratory Analyst** to join our team to continue to achieve our mission of transforming rare metal resources today, into products that shape our tomorrow.

**Responsibilities**
- Maintain instrument service logs, including calibration records, troubleshooting, repairs, miscellaneous maintenance activities, service calls to vendors.
- Assist with maintaining stock of consumables, establishing work schedules, updating, and implementing standard operating procedures, performing audits.
- Provide relief support to other Lab Analysts or Technicians during absences.
- Perform any other duties related to the functions of the Assay Laboratory, such as analyzing R&D samples, as required.

**Qualifications**
- Grade 12 diploma required.
- Post-secondary degree in chemistry. Related disciplines will be considered.
- Experience working in a Laboratory environment is an asset.

**Schedule**:
84 hrs bi-weekly, 12 hr days, 7am-7pm, 2-2-3 day shift

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
