- To ensure smooth daily operation of the Bistro;
To create a comfortable environment for guests;
To sell and promote the products available;
To ensure standards are respected in regard to food safety and product rotation;Hourly Rate: $19.35/hrTasks & Responsibilities:
Completing the following tasks with leadership, keeping the bistro staff motivated and guiding the team to a high standard of service:Oversee the daily operations; ensure all expectations are met within the Bistro;
Pre shift and end of shift - entering inventory and following up on any write offs to help reduce costs;-
- Basic knowledge of TAC needed for Bistro transactions;-
- Remain available for team members for questions and coaching, and ongoing training;-
- Ensure inventory stocks of Bistro area are replenished and ordered based on operation needs;
Train new hires and other employees that might transfer from Guest Experience to help temporarily;
Assist supervisor with monthly reports;

- All other tasks requested of you for the smooth and efficient function of the Scandinave Spa Whistler.Prerequisites:Previous experience as Café team lead preferred-
- Well-organized and detail-oriented and able to multi-task.
This position will require frequent standing and use of hands and arms.
Must be able to lift up to 30lbs and frequently bend and twist from the waist.
Hands-on experience with professional coffee machines is an asset
Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team-
- Must have valid food safe certification
Clear criminal record check
