**Current Job Opening: Store Operations Manager (Multi-Store Manager)**

We are actively seeking an experienced and dynamic Store Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our 2 locations. As a key player in our growing team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the customer experience and ensuring the success of Red Roots Trading Company.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Operational Excellence**: Oversee and optimize store operations to ensure efficiency, compliance, and a premium customer experience.
- **Team Leadership**: Manage, mentor, and lead a team of budtenders, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- **Inventory Management**: Implement effective inventory control measures to minimize losses and ensure accurate product availability.
- **Customer Experience**: Uphold dispensary standards by ensuring a friendly and knowledgeable staff, leading to exceptional customer satisfaction.
- **Regulatory Compliance**: Stay abreast of cannabis regulations and ensure that all operations adhere to our requirements.
- **Sales and Targets**: Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of Red Roots Trading Company.

**Qualifications**:

- _Cannsell License Required_
- _Previous Management Experience in Cannabis Retail_
- _High School Diploma or Equivalent_
- _Strong Leadership and Communication Skills_
- _Knowledge of Cannabis Regulations_
- _Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment_

**Benefits**:

**How to Apply**:

**Salary**: $60,000 - $70,000 per year
**Expected Hours**: 40 per week
