Parts Specialist

Western Sales is a 6-store John Deere dealer located in West Central Saskatchewan.
We are searching for a full time **Parts Specialist** to join our growing John Deere agricultural equipment group for our **Biggar **location.

**Job Summary**
This position will be involved with the sales, promotion and growth of our parts business - following our motto of striving to “provide the right part to fit the external or internal customer’s need at the right time, every time”.

**Responsibilities**
- Serve customers at the parts counter by understanding their requirements and then efficiently locating the correct part to fill their needs
- Suggest additional repair items to the customer that may be related to the repair in order to ensure the success of the repair
- Assist with preparing and maintaining merchandising displays
- Actively promote all dealership specials and merchandising campaigns
- Ensure customers always feel welcome and appreciated

**Experience and Training Requirements**:

- Journeyman Parts Technician or equivalent experience preferred
- Experience connecting with customers, maintain professional image, establish rapport
- Demonstrated basic understanding of the selling processes
- Valid driver's license
