**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**:

- Operate and maintain CNC lathe machines to fabricate parts using Haas control systems
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Set up machines for production runs
- Inspect finished products for quality control and accuracy
- Troubleshoot issues with machinery as needed

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in operating CNC machines
- Mechanical knowledge for machine setup and maintenance
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Ability to weld, assemble, and fabricate parts
- Familiarity with CAD software for design purposes (Fusion 360 preferred)
- Experience in programming CNC lathe/mill machines
- Knowledge of power tools used in machining operations
