**Responsibilities**
- Greet and assist clients upon arrival, ensuring a warm and friendly atmosphere.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of spa facilities, including treatment rooms, relaxation areas, and restrooms.
- Provide information about spa services, products, and promotions to clients.
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of treatment rooms before and after services.
- Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems while ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Support retail sales by merchandising products effectively and conducting product demos when necessary.
- Engage in upselling services and products to enhance clients experiences.
- Respond to clients inquiries with excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations within the spa environment.

**Skills**
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to create positive client interactions.
- Excellent communication skills in English; multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus.
- Proficiency in technology sales, including technical sales knowledge related to spa products.
- Experience in retail sales with a focus on merchandising strategies.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
