**Duties**
- Utilize effective communication skills to promote products and services, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Conduct outbound calling to follow up on leads and enhance customer engagement.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date customer records in our system.
- Handle cash transactions with precision while adhering to company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to analyze customer feedback and improve service delivery.
- Provide bilingual support as needed, assisting customers in both English and additional languages.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment is preferred.
- Strong sales skills with a proven track record of meeting targets is a plus.
- Multilingual capabilities are highly desirable, particularly bilingual proficiency in English and another language.
- Excellent typing skills with attention to detail for data entry tasks.
- Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
