We are looking for a technical writer. The person in charge of this position will be responsible for writing Creaform Campus' technical documentation in English. In addition, he/she will be responsible for revising certain content in English or in other languages according to his/her knowledge. He/she will also have to ensure that his/her projects are completed on time and in sync with product development cycles or other related milestones.

**You will be responsible for**:

- Planning, writing and updating technical product documentation in English such as software contextual help, user manuals, training tools and other related documents;
- Ensure clarity and consistency of text and include visual elements to better communicate information;
- Manage the formatting of content using MadCap Flare authoring software;
- Master Creaform products and software through ongoing training and self-study.
- Review and coordinate translation with external agencies.

**Your projects will require you to**:

- Work closely with the product's technical experts to gather the necessary elements for content development;
- Assist in the design, writing and editing of various technical documents in support of the company's business activities;
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of activities and support the team during periods of overload.

**You have the profile we are looking for if you**:

- Have a university degree (Bachelor) in a relevant field or any other relevant training;
- Have an advanced level of English, both oral and written;
- Have a minimum of one year of relevant experience in technical writing;
- Mastery of Microsoft Office software;
- Has a keen interest in high technology and learning how technology products work;
- Is autonomous, critical, resourceful, innovative and versatile;
- Has excellent analytical skills;
- Is organized, rigorous and has the ability to manage several projects simultaneously;
- Are not afraid of change

**You earn points if you**:

- Mastery of MadCap writing software is a major asset;
- Knowledge of a 3rd language is a major asset (Chinese, German, Korean, Spanish, Italian, Japanese or Portuguese).
