ABB's Distribution Solutions Division provides utility, industrial and commercial customers with safe, smart and sustainable technologies for the distribution of electricity. With ABB AbilityTM enabled digital solutions at its core, our extensive portfolio includes distribution automation products, switching, limiting, measuring and sensing devices, switchgear, modular substation packages, and related services. You will be a part of an 18-month rotational program. Two different rotations focused on developing project management and leadership skills and ABB product knowledge. You will complete the rotational program with ABB’S Electrification Distribution Solutions. The Distribution Solutions division specializes in providing pioneering low and medium-voltage innovations and services which make us the partner of choice for utility, data center, industrial and commercial customers for a smarter, safer, environmentally friendly and more reliable flow and distribution of electricity. You will attend June orientation with all other Discovery Program participants. This global programming is designed for early talent training, personal and professional growth, and networking. You will have a dedicated program manager to coach you throughout your journey.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Learn about yourself and ABB’s global business.
- Engage with ABB leaders including rotation managers and mentors who will help you develop technical and leadership skills.
- Aspire to achieve career goals at ABB by participating in professional development opportunities, including but not limited to webinars.
- Deliver on business results by completing challenging and meaningful assignments in a supportive environment.

**Your background**:

- Completed university studies in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering or similar before the start of the program.
- Maximum two years of professional work experience by the start date.
- Desire to learn and grow.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must already have a work authorization that would permit you to work for ABB in Canada and must be available to travel to any of our Canadian sites.
