**Duncan Housing Society** is a local, community-based, non-profit society.

The overall purpose of the Society is Independent Housing for seniors and persons with disabilities at Duncan Manor.

Duncan Manor is a three-story, 122-unit building, consisting of studios, bachelor, and one-bedroom apartment units, it has a kitchen that serves three meals a day to tenants who need meal service. We are located within walking distance of downtown Duncan.

As a Housekeeper, your typical day will include the following:

- Cleaning the common and shared areas of the building (hallways, bathrooms, showers, laundry rooms and lounge)
- Vacuum, sweep and mop floors in all areas and washrooms.
- Disinfecting and increased cleaning of high touch areas
- Strictly follow and enforce all COVID-19 policies and procedures.
- Undertake other tasks and housekeeping duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Must haves:

- Ability to work independently and as a team.
- Strong customer service skills and ability to effectively communicate with tenants and team members.
- Physical ability to carry out the duties of the position.
- A criminal record check will be required.

Pay will be discussed at the interview.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Expected hours: 32 per week
