**Position Overview**:We are currently seeking a Parts Coordinator to support our mechanic team in the garage. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is skilled in managing parts inventory and supplier coordination.

**Key Responsibilities: Source, order, and purchase parts from a variety of suppliers**
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while adhering to all safety protocols
- Assist with additional duties and special projects as assigned

**Qualifications and Experience: Hands-on experience with mechanical repairs on both light and heavy trucks (experience with heavy equipment is an asset)**
- Familiarity with work order systems and online parts ordering
- Proficiency with computers and online purchasing platforms
- Strong team player with a collaborative approach
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Rockland, ON K4K 1G2: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- mechanical repairs: 2 years (preferred)
- parts sourcing : 1 year (preferred)
