**More About the role**:
It takes a special kind of person to do this job. Those most successful in this role are very detailed oriented and very organized.

**Job Duties**:

- Orders all shop-related parts, kit items and shop and cleaning supplies.
- Maintains control of the parts room & inventory records.
- Responsible for all arriving parts and entering them into the computer system.
- Labels parts with part numbers.
- Works collaboratively with co-workers on delivery schedules.
- Organizes all non-office material courier pick-ups.
- Keeps parts area clean, neat, organized, and free of garbage.
- Active in parts inventory and weekly audit counts and procedures.
- Purchase supplies for the station.
- Perform supply runs regularly.

**Qualifications**:

- A knowledge of Auto/RV body parts and the ordering process will be an asset.
- Intermediate skills in Excel required.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.
- Demonstrated organizational skills and detail orientation.
- Predictable and reliable attendance is required.
- Class 5 Drivers license is required.
