A position as a business analyst in the large cybersecurity team at a customer site means acting as a catalyst for the needs of the various stakeholders. It's through your mastery of our processes and tools, your curiosity, diligence and efficiency in handling these administrative activities that you have a positive impact on stakeholders while ensuring the delivery of secure services You will collaborate with the security experts as well as with the IT and business teams. Your job will be to support the identification of business objectives for the security domains, to ensure that they are functioning properly and evolving. Specifically, you will work on security domains such as Network Infrastructure Security and Identity and Access Management.

Our large Cybersecurity Governance team is made up of teams supporting the following activities in collaboration with our delivery teams:
Cybersecurity governance

Development of cybersecurity frameworks

Identification and documentation of business requirements

Definition of business vision and strategy

Definition of target architecture for cybersecurity business domains

Your role

Model current and target processes based on mapping practices in place at the Bank

Support cybersecurity product owners, business line partners and IT teams in their decision making and deliverables

Lead workshops with multiple stakeholders of varying levels and expertise

Carry out high-level, detailed impact analyses from all angles of the process and with the help of experts

Make change management strategy proposals to solution users.

Prerequisites

University degree related to the business sector and several years of relevant experience

Business analysis skills in cybersecurity areas such as network management and identity and access management

Experience in end-to-end business process transformation, change management and continuous improvement

Knowledge of business process improvement and mapping: modeling, BPMN, Lean approach

Strategic thinking, analytical, synthesis and communication skills

Knowledge of Agile methodology (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence, etc.).
