**Job Summary**
Lady of Learning Tutoring is looking for enthusiastic and knowledgeable tutors to join our team We provide **in-home tutoring** for students in **Grades 1-12**, with a strong focus on **Math, English, Chemistry, and Physics**. **Must be able to travel to Burlington even for 1hr sessions**. If you have a solid academic background, know the Ontario curriculum well, and enjoy working with children and teens, we want to hear from you.

This is a **flexible, part-time role** ideal for university students, recent grads, or professionals with teaching or tutoring experience. Our students are located mainly in **Oakville, Burlington, and Mississauga**, so you must have a reliable vehicle for local travel.

**Duties**
- Provide one-on-one tutoring sessions to students **up until Grade 12**:

- Deliver instruction aligned with the **Ontario curriculum**:

- **Travel to students’ homes**:

- Build strong rapport with students and motivate them to reach their goals
- Adapt lessons to suit individual learning styles and academic needs
- Track and report student progress to parents and/or the company
- Maintain a professional and encouraging learning environment

**Qualifications**
- **Required**:

- Must be confident tutoring **Math, Chemistry, Biology, and Physics**

**up to Grade 12**
- Prior tutoring or **teaching experience in Ontario**:

- Completed high school and University or are enrolled in University in **Ontario** (**must be familiar with the Ontario curriculum**)
- B.Ed (in progress or completed)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- **Owns a reliable vehicle** **for travel to Oakville, Burlington**:

- Available to tutor **in person**:

- Responsible, punctual, and able to work independently

**Assets (Nice to Have)**:

- Post-secondary education in a related field (e.g., science, education, math)
- Knowledge or experience in managing or understanding **child behaviour**:

- OCT certification
