The Role:
The Development Coordinator will assist the Development Manager in managing real estate development projects. The position involves all phases of real estate development including site selection, predevelopment, finance, leasing and sales, planning, construction, and property management.

The Skills:

- Outstanding organizational skills, including the ability to independently prioritize tasks and focus on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical abilities, computation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as with teams.

The Qualifications:

- Post-Secondary Degree/Diploma in business, planning, architecture, engineering, or project management.
- Three years planning, design and/or construction experience
- Professional Registration/Certification in planning, architecture, engineering or project management would be an asset;
