**The Organization**:
LGM is a national leader in providing warranty, finance and insurance services to the Canadian automotive industry. Since 1998, LGM has been successfully supplying quality products and leading training solutions to over 1,200 Canadian franchised new car dealerships. Dealer partnerships are complemented with the strong backing and support of their automotive manufacturing brands, which include BMW/MINI, Kia, Mazda, Hyundai, Volvo, Mitsubishi Motors and Jaguar Land Rover Canada.
The Dealer Development Manager, Montreal is responsible to increase LGM’s product penetration (sales) in existing and new dealerships utilizing LGM’s proprietary consultative dealer development process: Distinction. DDMs influence the five variables: people, training, motivation, tools, and management to develop dealerships and ensure LGM complies with its OEM, dealers and partner agreements. This is a 1 year contract role with strong possibility for permanency.
**What you will be doing**:
- Visit dealerships to establish new business relationships.
- Visit dealerships to maintain existing business relationships.
- Assist dealers to increase their profitability in the Business Office.
- Assist dealers to increase productivity and sales of the whole dealership.
- Train and support dealership personnel on products.
- Provide the best service experience to every existing, and potential client.
- In partnership with customers, create customized Distinction development plans with clear objectives and monitor the results
- Report quantifiable results from their work on a daily base
- Provide OEMs, dealers and partners visibility and results of their activities
- Handle business reviews with key accounts on a regular bases.
- Actively participate and/or take responsibility in discussions and initiatives LGM and the Sales team pursue.

- Ability to comprehend and absorb product knowledge quickly.
- Proficient with MS Office suite of products.
**Experience**:
- Proven track record of best-in-class performance and sales success.
- 3+ years of automotive and F&I business office experience.

**Le poste**:
Nous cherchons pour un remplacement de congé de maternité de 1 an et contenu de notre croissance constante, il y a des possibilités de poste permanent.Le directeur spécialiste en développement de concessions devra se rendre chez les concessionnaires automobiles afin de créer de nouveaux comptes et de s’occuper des comptes existants pour la vente de produits et de services LGM.
**Principales responsabilités**:
- Se rendre chez les concessionnaires pour établir de nouvelles relations d’affaires.
- Se rendre chez les concessionnaires pour entretenir les relations d’affaires existantes.
- Aider les concessionnaires à augmenter le rendement de leur bureau commercial.
- Aider les concessionnaires à augmenter la productivité ainsi que les ventes dans leur concession.
- Offrir aux employés de la concession une formation et un soutien sur les produits.
- Offrir aux clients existants et aux clients potentiels la meilleure expérience de service possible.
- Créer pour les clients partenaires des plans de développement personnalisés, dont les objectifs sont clairs, et contrôler les résultats.
