D365 Enterprise Delivery Consulting Associate

As a Business Applications (BA) - Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) Finance and Supply Chain (F&S) Associate you will be a valued member of a team using a defined project methodology to develop and implement various modules of D365 F&S.

The position begins with a 6-week investment in new hires in the form of a classroom training at our Denver office, where Associates are exposed to and immersed in the Dynamics 365 software and the RSM implementation methodology. Upon completion of that coursework, Associates will return to their home office where they will be assigned client project teams and begin contributing to our practice.

Essential duties and Responsibilities:

- Implementation of D365 F&S ERP solutions
- Analysis, design, training, configuration, support, and documentation of D365 F&S
- Ability to work closely with technical colleagues to define and document client requirements and functional specifications
- Ability to provide post-implementation support (help desk)
- Provide onsite and offsite consulting services and support to D365 F&S clients
- Learn, utilize, and promote the RSM Project Implementation Methodology

Other responsibilities may include:

- Capturing client requirements
- Participating in project scoping and solution development
- Managing and executing on project tasks
- Testing proposed solutions within lab environments
- Adopting and learning new technologies
- Providing onsite and remote support
- Utilizing a structured project delivery methodology
- Mapping client business requirements to D365 F&S capabilities
- Designing solutions using D365 F&S functions and features to meet business objectives
- Designing, documenting, and building customizations to D365 F&S to meet business needs
- Working and interacting with clients in the configuration of their D365 F&S system
- Training clients on their new D365 F&S system
- Building successful customer relationships

Basic Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Commerce, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent IT degree
- General knowledge of Business Applications including ERP & CRM
- Excellent presentation and communication skills targeted to effectively present information to C-level management, public groups, and/or board of directors
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to quality, self-motivation, and a desire to succeed
- Possess a professional presence suitable for direct client interaction by telephone or in person
- Ability to interface with clients both in person and remotely
- Advanced experience and demonstrated knowledge of Visio, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to express ideas clearly, concisely in understandable form, both orally and in writing
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
