**Opportunity**:
**You will be responsible for**:
- Managing occupancy planning, moves, adds, and changes projects in our current facilities;
- Supervising the Receptionist who is responsible for day-to-day activities and is based out of our Vancouver location;
- Partnering with business managers & senior leadership to ensure facility needs across all of our locations are well understood and being properly addressed;
- Managing daily operations regarding security and local vendors at the various office sites;
- Revising and implementing facilities management & office services’ policies and practices;
- Managing projects associated with site expansions or office moves;
- Coordinating logistics and communication of internal changes regarding security, operations hours, and department moves/relocations;
- Managing all related Office Services projects including planning, communication, and implementation;
- Maintaining awareness of current Office Services Practices internally and externally to ensure the procedures and services are up to date, efficient and support the desired business growth;
- Being the point of contact for departmental spending, cost allocation, and invoice approval;
- Implementing, maintaining, and regularly review vendor agreements and contracts;
- Building and maintaining collaborative relationships with vendors (Printers, couriers, document destruction, etc) alongside internal departments, staff, and management;
- Some travel may be required;
- Minimum 5 years of direct experience in Facilities management and/or Office Services;
- Experience in the Financial Services Industry is an asset;
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to work in a team environment and demonstrate flexibility;
- Basic knowledge of architectural, mechanical, and electrical drawings;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with employees from all levels of the organization;
- Advanced knowledge with Microsoft Office particularly Word, Excel, Publisher, PowerPoint & Outlook;
- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks, adjust to changing priorities, and work within deadlines;
- Strong organizational, project management and execution skills to ensure successful delivery and implementation of projects, processes and policies;
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds;
**Salary Range**:
$80,000 - $100,000 per annum (Actual salary offered will be commensurate with education, experience, and internal parity).

**Salary**: $80,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
