Montana's BBQ & Bar ( Airport Road) has a huge passion for food and people. We are looking for a friendly, outgoing, and enthusiastic bartender to provide an excellent guest drinking experience. Bartending responsibilities include preparing alcohol beverages according to recipes, mixing drinks, serving alcohol-free beer and wine to guests who request them, keeping the bar area clean, and maintaining the highest quality customer service. To be successful in this role, you should have experience in these tasks and other related aspects of the hospitality industry. You should be able to quickly learn new skills as needed. **Responsibilities**
- Prepare alcohol beverages according to recipes
- Mix drinks
- Serve alcohol-free beer and wine to guests who request them
- Keep the bar area clean
- Maintain high quality service by following our safety procedures and standards
- Communicate with customers about their order or any questions they may have
- Answer questions about our drinks or brands
- Greet customers when they arrive
- Actively seek out feedback to improve as well as provide excellent customer service
- Handle customer requests differently than they make drinks
- Prepare special orders per request of customers (e.g. wings)
- Maintain inventory of drink ingredients and supplies
- Stock inventory as needed
- Work in a fast paced environment where there is always pressure to be perfect
**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 5 -25 per week
**Salary**: $15.50 per hour
