We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team in the **Construction **industry. The Sales Representative will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and closing deals. This position offers a commission-based compensation structure, providing ample opportunities for driven individuals to excel and reap the rewards of their efforts.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and pursue sales opportunities in the construction sector.
- Proactively reach out to potential clients through various channels such as cold calling, networking events, and online platforms.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Present product/service offerings to potential clients and address any questions or concerns they may have.
- Negotiate contracts and terms of agreement with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth project delivery and client satisfaction.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to capitalize on opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, contracts, and client communications.

**Requirements**:

- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the construction industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport with clients and understand their requirements.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
- Willingness to work on a commission-based compensation structure.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
