**About Us**
All Things Speech Inc. is a pediatric speech therapy practice in South Burnaby, BC, operating as part of Lifelong Health Ltd. We have recently expanded into New Westminster (partnered with The Cove Inclusive Play). The aim of the practice is to provide individualized and functional support to children and their families for various speech and language difficulties. Working together with clients and their families to set their communication goals and then work towards them is of utmost importance. All Things Speech is a neurodiversity-affirming practice - we strive to create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment for all of our clients and their families.
**The Role**
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our growing team. This is a**part-time employed position** to start (with the potential to grow into full-time). We're also open to discussing a contractor arrangement if that is preferred.
Sessions will primarily take place in our New Westminster and/or Burnaby locations, with schedules based on your availability and interest.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct assessments and provide engaging, child-centred therapy.
- Collaborate with clients and their families to set functional, SMART goals.
- Plan and deliver therapy that reflects the child's strengths and interests.
- Supervise and support SLP Assistants and Inclusive Communication Assistants (as applicable).
- Collaborate with allied professionals to ensure integrated care.
- Maintain accurate and timely records using Jane App (EMR). \
**Experience and Qualifications**
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
- Current registration with the College of Speech and Hearing Health Professionals of British Columbia.
- Registration on the Registry of Autism Service Providers (RASP) is an asset.
- Previous experience working as a Speech-Language Pathologist is an asset.
- Knowledge of a second language is an asset.

Pay: $38.00-$55.00 per hour
Expected hours: 7.5 - 30 per week
