Part Time Evening Cleaner

**Job Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming to maintain cleanliness in assigned areas.
- Utilize power tools and hand tools safely and effectively for cleaning purposes.
- Conduct thorough custodial duties in restrooms, kitchens, offices, and common areas.
- Ensure proper disposal of waste and recycling materials according to established guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding cleaning needs and any maintenance issues observed during cleaning tasks.
- Assist in facilities maintenance tasks as required to support overall building upkeep.
- Manage time efficiently to complete assigned duties within scheduled hours while maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Perform heavy lifting when necessary to move furniture or equipment during cleaning processes.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with the use of power tools and hand tools related to cleaning tasks.
- Strong communication skills to interact with clients, team members, and management effectively.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Capability to perform heavy lifting as required by the job duties.
- A proactive approach to maintaining a clean and safe environment for all facility users.
