The Oryx Aluminum team is expanding, and we are looking for our newest recruit. We are an Aluminum Panel installation company that prides itself on excellence and quality. We are looking for hardworking, self-motivated, and committed individuals to help us carry out our commitment to our customers.

The Role:
Oryx Aluminum General Labourer (AluTech) will be assisting with carrying out the day-to-day functions on the job. **In addition, the position will require translation between English and Spanish-speaking staff** to ensure tasks are completed as effectively as possible. You will act as a helping hand around the worksite by ensuring that the work area is kept clean and tidy at all times. Assist with unloading materials, breaking down crates and pallets, installing panels, and preparing and fabricating panels. All other duties as a general labourer will be assigned.

Skills and Qualifications
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Strong independent labour and ability to work with mínimal supervision
- Ability to work in a general fast-paced environment
- Effective Communication
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Mechanically inclined
- Ability to work with power tools (saws, drills, compact screw guns, etc.)

**Requirements**:

- Must speak Spanish and English
- Must be able to work longer hours when required for the job
- Must be trained and certified for working at heights
- Needs own transportation to Stoney Creek or Hamilton

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $20.00-$22.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- construction: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- WHMIS Certification (preferred)
- Working at Heights Certificate (preferred)
