THE POSITION

The delivery driver organizes and loads product into the trucks before delivering jobs to Customers on predetermined routes. The DA will adhere to the route and deliver each order with extreme care and a high level of professionalism.

This is a physically demanding job that involves lifting and repetitive motions.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Valid drivers license
- Clean drivers abstract
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Strong attention to detail
- Dependable
- Good communication skills
- Able to work independently and in a team environment
- Must enjoy working in a fast paced environment

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspection
- Accurately complete shipping checklists for each job
- Wrap and load products
- Deliver cabinets & components to job sites
- Unload vehicles
- Receive and relay information to Scheduler
- Pick up supplies from various suppliers in Cowichan Valley and Victoria
- Complete weekly vehicle maintenance checklist
- Shop clean-up
- May assist with millwork or cabinet fabrication/production
- Be a team player, contribute to a positive team atmosphere

**Salary**: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
