**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
- Engage with customers in a friendly manner, taking orders and providing recommendations based on their preferences.
- Monitor customer consumption of alcohol to ensure responsible service.
- Handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Assist with food service as needed, adhering to food safety and handling guidelines.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food and beverages.
- Maintain knowledge of current drink trends, menu items, and specials to provide excellent customer service.

**Skills**
- Strong math skills for accurate cash handling and drink measurements.
- Proficiency in using POS systems for order processing and payment transactions.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests.
- Knowledge of food safety practices related to food handling and preparation in a restaurant environment.
- Experience in food service or bartending is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Basic math skills for calculating drink recipes and managing cash transactions effectively.
