Job Brief:
The Meter Prover Technician will be responsible for routine meter proving, testing, calibrating, troubleshooting, maintenance and other duties while promoting a healthy and safe work environment.

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Complete routine meter proving.
- Calibration and inspections.
- Maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Testing of equipment.
- Analyzing and reporting.
- Documentation and records maintenance.
- Interpret drawings.
- Operate 25ft trailer and maneuver into tight areas.
- Compliance & Safety.
- Other duties as assigned.

Required Skills & Abilities:

- Excellent communication, organization, time-management, and prioritization skills.
- In-depth knowledge of field activities, and oil and gas facilities.

Qualifications:

- Valid Class 5 Driver s License with a clean driver s abstract.
- Knowledge of Electrical, Instrumentation, and other parts, materials, labour.
- Works well under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Keen understanding of company operations.
- Work under pressure while displaying a polite and tactful manner to fellow employees and clients.

**Education**:

- High School Diploma.
- Industry related certification and/or experience.
