**Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Room Service Server to join our hospitality team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests by providing prompt and courteous service. You will play a key role in ensuring that all food and beverage orders are accurately prepared and delivered to guest rooms, contributing to their overall satisfaction during their stay.

**Responsibilities**
- Deliver food and beverage orders to guest rooms in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met.
- Sanitate all serving equipment and maintain cleanliness in the room service area.
- Handle cash transactions efficiently, including processing payments through the POS system.
- Assist in food preparation as needed, ensuring adherence to safety and hygiene standards.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods, to provide accurate information to guests.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order fulfillment and communicate any special requests or dietary restrictions.
- Uphold hospitality standards while interacting with guests, creating a welcoming atmosphere.

**Skills**
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Ability to perform basic math for cash handling and transaction processing.
- Experience with POS systems and cashiering procedures is preferred.
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and sanitation practices is essential.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- A background in hospitality or guest services is a plus, demonstrating an understanding of the industry standards.
